Returns And Exchange Policy

At EVAddonz, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy within 30 days of receipt of the product.

Return Eligibility:

  • All regular-priced items are eligible for return within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Clearance and Discontinued items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Items damaged during installation or in case on failed installation, the products can not be returned. However our customer service team is dedicated to help with any assistance during installation. Also please check our installation page guide.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at evaddonz@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.
  • Once your return request is approved, you will receive further instructions on how to proceed.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • In the event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 business days to arrange for a replacement or refund.
  • We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect for our records and quality assurance purposes.

International Returns:

  • Customers located outside of the Canada may also initiate returns within the same 30-day period, subject to the same conditions and procedures outlined above.
  • International customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If your package is lost during the transportation, please contact us within 3 business days to arrange for a replacement or refund.
  • We will send you the replacement products as soon as possible.
  • We will also file a claim with the shipping partners.
  • Unfortunately, EVAddonz is not responsible for any Stolen Package from customer's properly. Please do contact local law enforcement for help.

Replacements Parts:

  • Depending on availability, we may be able to provide replacement parts for damaged items during installation. Customer is responsible for the cost of the part and shipping of the replacement.
  • To request replacement parts, please contact our Customer Service team at evaddonz@gmail.com with clear photos of the damaged or defective part.
  • Our team will assess the request and inform you of the availability of replacement parts and any further instructions.

Note: If a customer refuses to accept the order at shipment and the order is sent back to us, the shipping cost will be deducted from the final refund.
